THREE PHASE TRANSFORMER

Portable 3 phase double wound transformers both step-up & step-down, natural air cooled construction, housed in well ventilated sheet steel cabinet duly powder coated. All the input and output terminals are brought out and terminated on highly insulated bakelite panels duly marked for easy connection. Necessary carrying handles and castor wheel will be provided for portability. These transformers can be supplied with tappings on primary and secondary sides as per customers requirements. While sending enquiries , please mention the input voltage, output voltage, capacity and the number of tapping . Standard ratings are as follows :

a) Input 440 Volts, output 440 Volts, capacity as required.
b) Input 440 Volts, output 220 Volts, capacity as required.
c) Input 440 Volts, output 110 Volts, capacity as required.

SINGLE  PHASE TRANSFORMER

These transformers can be supplied with tappings on primary and secondary sides as per customers requirements. While sending enquiries, please specify the input voltage, output voltage, capacity and the number of tappings . Standard ratings are as follows:
a) Input 230 Volts, output 115 V, capacity 1 kVA
b) Input 230 Volts, output 115 V, capacity 2 kVA / 3kVA / 4kVA / 5kVA
c) Input 230 Volts, output 230 V, capacity 1 kVA / 2kVA / 3kVA / 5kVA

Single Phase A.C. High Voltage Test set (BDV Flash Test) suitable for operation on 230 Volts, A.C. 50 Hz., designed for carrying out dielectric test on transformers, electrical switchgears, and installations. It operates on single phase A.C. and provides an output voltage zero to maximum rated voltage. Standard Rating are as follows :

Suitable for operation on 220 / 240 V, A.C. 50 Hz. working on air gap separation by increasing / decreasing the air gap with the help of a hand wheel mechanism, mounted on thick wooden / bakelite sheet with castor wheels for easy transportation.

LOADING RHEOSTATS (RESISTIVE LOAD)

APPLICATIONS: 
Loading Rheostat is a device specially designed to meet the requirements of Engineering Laboratories, Electrical Test Rooms and Industries. It is used for loading transformers, power generators, supply mains etc. neatly and efficiently. It can also be used advantageously for regulating current and adjusting voltage besides its application for calibrating meters and thus eliminating the need for graded rheostats.

CONSTRUCTION:
Loading Rheostats equipment consists of normal wire wound resistors made of constantant wire (nickel - copper alloy) having very low temperature co-efficient. The whole system is enclosed in a sturdy grilled metal box providing free cross ventilation on all sides for efficient cooling. On the front side controlling switches and regulators meant for various purposes are provided on a bakelite panel. The box is fitted with four castor wheels suitable for easy movement from place to place in a laboratory. Switches sequence will be minimum 6 and maximum 10 as per your requirements. SINGLE PHASE LOADING RHEOSTATS: SUITABLE FOR OPERATION ON 230V A.C. 50 Hz.
